Kimberly W. Shumate is a district court judge for the 9th District Court, which presides over Hardin County in Kentucky.[1] She was appointed in 1997 and was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4] Her four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[5]
