Kimberly A. Wanker is the Department 1 judge on the Fifth Judicial District Court in Nevada. She was appointed by Governor Brian Sandoval on May 24, 2011.[1][2][3][4] She ran unopposed for re-election in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[5]

Wanker ran for re-election to the Fifth District Court. She defeated Nancy Lord in the general election on November 6, 2012, earning 66.57 percent of the vote.[3]
