Kimberly A. Wanker is the Department 1 judge on the Fifth Judicial District Court in Nevada. She was appointed by Governor Brian Sandoval on May 24, 2011.[1][2][3][4] She ran unopposed for re-election in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[5]

Wanker received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She received her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.[1]
