Kirk Morgan

Kirk Morgan is a juvenile court judge of the First Judicial District, which serves Box Elder and Cache counties in Utah.[1] He was appointed by Gov. Gary Herbert (R) in February 2017 and confirmed by the Utah State Senate on March 8, 2017.[2][3]
Biography
Morgan earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University.[2]
At the time of his appointment to the bench, Morgan was a city attorney for Brigham City, a partner at the Brigham City firm Mann, Hadfield & Thorne, and the chief deputy county attorney and juvenile court prosecutor for the Box Elder County attorney's office. His professional experience also includes work as a special assistant to the U.S. attorney in the District of Hawaii and a judge advocate general in the U.S. Air Force.[2]
