Kirsten Hill earned a bachelor's degree from Adrian College in 1986 and a graduate degree from Baldwin Wallace College in 1991.[1]

Kirsten Hill is a member of the State Board of Education in Ohio, since 2019. Small business owner for 25 years. Mother of two adult children, a computer engineer and a medical doctor. Member of Amherst Schools Educational Foundation for 20 years, Member of the Amherst Township Board of Zoning of Appeals for 15 years, most as chairman. Leader of local community group since 2012.

K-12 Education, Protecting our God-given rights of life, liberty and property
Legislature writes the laws. Governor executes the laws. If the governor is not executing the laws then the legislature needs to hold him or her accountable. If the governor is having difficulty executing the laws then he or she may need to consult with the legislature about changing the law.
Improving academic outcomes of K-12 students in public schools, Cost of Medicaid, Cost of Energy
Unicameral can probably get laws passed faster and that may be a benefit. It also may be a drawback because when a government has too many laws, it is difficult to enforce them.

Drawback of unicameral legislature would be narrower representation for the people.
Yes, I do believe it is beneficial to build relationships with other legislators.

In order to pass a new law, a majority of the voting body needs to have the same position on a vote.
