Jenny McGown is the superintendent of the Klein Independent School District. McGown was appointed superintendent on June 6, 2019. McGown's previous career experience includes working in the district as an English teacher, the chief learning officer, and the executive director of student performance.[1][2]

Past superintendents

  • Bret Champion was the superintendent of the Klein Independent School District from 2016 to 2019.[1] Champion's previous career experience included working in the Leander Independent School District as the superintendent, assistant superintendent, and principal.[3]
  • James W. Cain was the superintendent of the Klein Independent School District from 2004 to 2016. Cain's previous career experience included working as the district's director of school administration and as an area superintendent of the Fort Bend Independent School District.[4]
