A Knox Township Road Levy Tax Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Holmes County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Knox to renew a property tax levy of 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund road construction and maintenance.[1]
