Koh confirmed to federal judgeship

California: Judge Lucy H. Koh's nomination to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California was unanimously confirmed (90-0) by the U.S. Senate on June 7, 2010. The former Santa Clara County Superior Court judge, will be the first Korean-American district judge in the nation. She is 42 years old and has also worked as a law firm partner and federal prosecutor.^[1]
