General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.[1] 

2010

Bailey was elected to the 10th Judicial District Court. He narrowly defeated Dan Nagle in the general election, receiving 51.14% of the vote.[2]

Education

Bailey received his undergraduate degree from Freed-Hardeman University in 1978, his master's degree from Winthrop University in 1981, and his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1995.[3] [4]

Career

Before his election to the court in 2010, Bailey worked as an attorney for fifteen years in private practice. He also previously served as a judge for the 10th Judicial District Court from 2000 to 2004 and as a mediator for the Superior Courts.[5]
