Kris Steele
Kris Steele (b. July 11, 1973) is a former Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 26 from 2000 to 2012. While in office, Steele served as Speaker from 2011 to 2012.
Biography
Steele earned his B.A. in Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1996 and his M.Ed. from East Central University in 2006. His professional experience includes working as a public school teacher and associate minister.[1]

Steele ran for re-election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He was also unopposed in the general election on November 2, 2010. Vote totals were not reported for unopposed candidates.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Steele won re-election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Because he ran unopposed, the number of votes was not published.[3] $49,301 was raised for this campaign.[4]
