Kris Warren
Kris Warren (b. August 9, 1951) was a Republican candidate for District 29 of the Alaska House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.
About
Warren received his diploma from Snake River High School in 1969. He went on to get his certificate in Water and Wastewater System Operations from Idaho State University in 1972. Warren worked as a farm hand for various farms in the Blackfoot, Idaho area from 1965 to 1971. After earning his certificate, he worked as a wastewater treatment operator for the City of Pocatello Idaho from 1972 to 1978. He then worked as assistant superintendent of the Twin Falls Wastewater Treatment Facility from 1978 to 1982. From 1982 to 1984, he was general foreman of the Asplund Wastewater Treatment Facility of the Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility. Warren continued working for the Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility as a wastewater treatment superintendent from 1984 to 1999. He then worked as treatment division director until 2006. Warren is now retired.

Warren was unopposed in the August 24 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Democrat Chris Tuck in the November 2 general election.[1]
