Campaign themes

2014

Lyn highlighted the following issues on her campaign website:

If I am elected, I will focus on these particular areas ("FACE"):
  1. Fiscal Responsibility: Advocating for adequate funding which is allocated fairly and effectively.
  2. Accountability: Ensuring that the Board and its staff are held accountable for implementing the district's programs/policies.
  3. Communication: Maintaining strong and effective communication among schools, parents, and the community.
  4. Education of Whole-Child: Emphasizing student success in ethics, academics, extracurricular activities and global citizenship.

It takes the entire community to educate our children who are the future of our society. Together, we can provide the best education for the students of CUSD. I would be honored to have your vote.[7]
