- The People of Texas are hurting because our government has forgotten who it serves. Instead of protecting our rights, property, and financial liberty, the Texas government has overstepped their constitutional limits—taking authority we never gave them, overspending our money, and overtaxing our families. Now they’re sitting on a $24 billion “surplus”. Instead of returning it, they’re finding creative, unconstitutional ways to spend it. Like giving $500 million of YOUR money to create a “Little Hollywood” in Texas. Imagine if your grandparents left you a trust and your trustees gave your money to their friends to chase Hollywood dreams while your family struggled with debt and taxes. What should happen to those trustees?
- The Texas Constitution is a trust between the people and their government. But our trustees have broken that trust. I will rebuild it. It’s time to hold government accountable to Constitutional limits.
- People say about me, “She’s really nice—but don’t mess with anyone she cares about.” That’s true. I’ve always stood up to bullies. When a billion-dollar corporation cheated shareholders, I led the fight and secured a rare legal victory. During COVID, I stood with families against medical kidnapping and helped them fight for the freedom to make their own health choices. When I found election processes vulnerable, I led the push for the toughest hand-count audit in recent Texas history—and held officials accountable in court. I worked with regular people to demand that our courts follow the Constitution, achieving landmark victories restoring Second Amendment rights, trial by jury, and limits on unchecked government power.
End Government Immunity. Sovereign, qualified, and official immunity shield officials from accountability. They violate multiple sections of our Constitution. I’m fighting this in court, but laws upholding it must be repealed.
