Siegesmund received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1980.[2]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Siegesmund served as managing attorney for many different divisions at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid. She was a former staff attorney with the Minnesota Disability Law Center, and also formerly worked as a commercial litigator at Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP.[2]
