I’m a Cabarrus County resident, small business owner, and community advocate running for County Commissioner to bring practical, fiscally responsible leadership to local government. I understand the real impact of property taxes, growth, and local ordinances because I live and work here. I’m committed to smart growth, transparency, and keeping Cabarrus County affordable for families and businesses.

• Fiscal responsibility & transparency - To make county spending clear, disciplined, and accountable by planning ahead, avoiding unnecessary debt, and protecting taxpayers while fully funding essential services.
• Strong local economy - Support small businesses by reducing red tape, streamlining permitting, prioritizing local vendors, and promoting smart growth that keeps Cabarrus County affordable and competitive.
• Safe, thriving communities - Invest early in families, youth, and mental health by strengthening prevention programs, expanding access to mental health resources, supporting public safety partnerships, and addressing issues before they become costly crises.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am especially passionate about responsible budgeting and transparency, making sure county government plans ahead, spends wisely, and remains accountable to taxpayers. I care deeply about supporting a strong local economy, particularly small businesses, by encouraging smart growth that keeps Cabarrus County affordable for families and homeowners. I am also committed to early intervention, mental health, and public safety, focusing on prevention, youth support, and access to mental health resources to build stronger families and safer communities over the long term.
