Kurt Kuhn was the Democratic candidate for the Texas Third District Court of Appeals, Place 4 in 2010.[1]

2010 election

Kuhn was defeated by Melissa Goodwin in the November 2 general election.[2]

Education

Kuhn received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas Tech University and his J.D. from Yale Law School.[4]

Career

Kuhn has been a partner and chair of Brown McCarroll's appellate practice group and an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law. In the past he has worked as assistant solicitor general for the state of Texas.[4]
