Kurt Schwab
Kurt L. Schwab (Republican Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Texas' 33rd Congressional District. He declared candidacy for the Republican primary scheduled on March 3, 2026.[source]
Schwab was a 2018 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 33rd Congressional District of Texas. Schwab dropped out of the race prior to the filing deadline.[1]
Biography
Kurt L. Schwab grew up in St. Louis County, Missouri. Schwab graduated from Lindbergh High School. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1986, transferring to the Air Force Reserves in 1990. Schwab's career experience includes working as the assistant director of the U.S.O. of Missouri and the director of the U.S.O. in Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. Schwab founded Veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (VOIEF) in 2009, becoming the national director.[2]
