Kyle Napp

Kyle Napp is a judge of the Third Circuit Court of Illinois. She was elected to this position on November 6, 2012, to replace retiring Judge Charles V. Romani, Jr. Her current term expires in December of 2018.[1][2]
Education
Napp received her undergraduate degrees (Finance & Banking and Real Estate) from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989 and her J.D. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law in 1992.[3]
Career
Napp worked as a prosecutor for the Madison County State's Attorney's Office for 14 years prior to her judicial appointment in 2007. That year, she became an associate judge of the Third Circuit Court. In 2012, she was elected a circuit judge.[3]
2012 election
Napp was elected to the circuit court on Nov. 6, 2012, defeating Thomas W. Burkart with 56.6% of the vote. She was previously unopposed in the Democratic primary on March 20, 2012.[4][1][5][6]
