Kyle Pierce (Republican Party) is a member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 36. He assumed office on November 9, 2022. His current term ends on November 4, 2026.
Pierce (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Indiana House of Representatives to represent District 36. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Kyle Pierce lives in Anderson, Indiana. Pierce earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Ball State University in 2016 and a juris doctor from Indiana University. His career experience includes working as a communications consultant, a project manager with Argo Strategy, the director of development with the Ball State University Foundation, and a legislative assistant with the Indiana House of Representatives.[1][2]

|Pierce previously served as the Deputy Director of the Indiana Medical Device Manufacturers Council. In this role, he worked to protect Hoosier manufacturing jobs, expanded educational opportunities for employees of some of Indiana's largest employers, and worked with state and federal government leaders to share the necessity of lowering the tax burden on Indiana medical device manufacturers that were added through the Affordable Care Act.
Today, Pierce works at the Ball State University Foundation where he raises philanthropic donations to assist students - from Indiana and across the world - obtain a meaningful education.
Pierce is a graduate of Ball State University. He and his fiancée, Chloe, live in Anderson. Their extended family lives across East Central Indiana.- Pragmatic & Commonsense Hoosier
