L. Gary Knight
L. Gary Knight (b. July 26, 1944) is a former Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 81 from 2006 to 2014. Knight did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Knight's professional experience includes working as the Executive Vice President/Senior Trust Officer of Androscoggin Trust and Investment Services, President of the Livermore Falls Trust Company, Director of Livermore Bankshares and an Adjunct Professor of Business at the University of Maine at Farmington.

2012
Knight won re-election in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 81. Knight ran unopposed in the June 12 Republican primary and defeated Maurice Castonguay (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
2010
Knight's opponent in the November 2 general election was Democratic candidate Peggy Dwyer. According to unofficial results, Knight defeated Dwyer in the November 2 general election.[3]

He has been President of the Tri-town Medical Foundation, Moderator of West Area Baptist Churches, Chair of the Committee of Invested Funds - First Baptist Church, Trustee/Member of the Finance Committee - American Baptist Churches of Maine and Director of the Livermore Falls Betterment Committee.[6]
