L. Kent Bachman
L. Kent Bachman was a Utah Second Judicial District judge for Weber County, Utah for the Juvenile Courts.[1] Bachman was first appointed to this position in August 1977 and retired in August 2010.[2][3]
Education
Bachman received his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1968. He has previously worked as a Deputy Weber County Attorney and Chief Deputy City Attorney for Ogden City. From 1968 to 1977, he worked in private practice, focusing on general civil and criminal litigation. He was also a referee for the First District Juvenile Court from 1969 to 1971. Bachman was appointed to the First and Second District Juvenile Courts by Governor Scott M. Matheson in August of 1977.[2]
