A LaSalle County Electrical Aggregation proposition was defeated on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in LaSalle County, which is in Illinois.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the County of LaSalle to arrange for the supply of electricity to its residents and small businesses that do not opt out of the program.[1]
