LaWanna Shurtliff
LaWanna Shurtliff (Democratic Party) (also known as Lou) was a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 10. Shurtliff served in this position from 1999 to 2008, and again from January 2, 2019, until she passed away on December 30, 2020.[1][2]

Shurtliff received her undergraduate degree from Utah State University in 1957.<ref name=bio>
