A La Center School District Tax Levy Renewal question was approved on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Clark County, which is in Washington.
This proposition authorized the La Center School District to impose a replacement property tax levy of a little over $2.5 million per year for three years. Details on the amount of the tax are below. This proposition is the first of two that would authorize property tax levies in the La Center District. The second authorizes a property tax levy increase but would not take effect unless this first proposition is approved as well.[1]

“ | To meet the educational needs of the students in the La Center School District No. 101, shall the La Center School District No. 101 levy the following taxes for the purpose of replacing an expiring levy, for essential educational General Fund maintenance and operations expenses:[2] | ” |
