One of the key elements of my administration will be the development of synergy where one solution can address multiple issues successfully. We will not randomly abandon gains made by previous administrations. We will identify what works, make minor adjustments to those things not performing as expected, and create innovative solutions to fill in the gaps in service delivery. We will also focus heavily on building strategic partnerships that will allow us to leverage common efforts, while saving time and money as we continue to grow our great city.[4][5] |
