Two Lakeside Rural Fire Protection District Annexation measures were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Coos County, which is in Oregon, where they were approved.
Both measures concern the annexation of territory in the North and South Tenmile Lake areas. The Districts permanent tax rate limit is $0.9945 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.
The First measure is voted on by those in the new area only.
The Second measure is voted on by those in the existing area only.[1]
