Lanark & Shannon Electrical Aggregation Questions, 2 (March 2012)
Two Lanark & Shannon Electrical Aggregation Questions were on the March 20, 2012 ballot in the city of Lanark and village of Shannon which are in Carroll County.
Both measures were approved[1]
These two measures sought to allow authorities in the area to buy electricity in bulk which would all.w for lower rates for those who wanted to participate in the program.[2]

The question on the ballot:
Shall the City of Lanark have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?[3] |
