Lance Celander was the judge for the Gaines County Court in Texas. He did not file to run for re-election in 2014 and was succeeded by Tom N. Keyes at the beginning of 2015.[1]
2010 election
Carreon defeated Tom N. Keyes in the Republican Primary Runoff. He was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election.[2]
