Harvell (Republican Party) was a member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 113. He assumed office in 2016. He left office on December 4, 2018.
Harvell previously represented Maine House of Representatives District 89 from his win in a special election on February 3, 2009, to 2014.
Biography
Harvell's professional experience includes working for Verso Paper. He served in the United States Air Force.[1]

2014
Elections for the Maine House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 10, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for party candidates wishing to run in this election was March 17, 2014. The deadline for write-in candidates to run in the primary election was April 28, 2014, and the deadline for non-party candidates to run in the general election was June 2, 2014. The deadline for write-in candidates to run in the general election was September 22, 2014. Edward David was unopposed in the Democratic primary. District 89 incumbent Lance Harvell was unopposed in the Republican primary but withdrew afterwards. Andrew Buckland defeated David in the general election.[6][7][8][9]

Harvell won re-election in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 89. Harvell ran unopposed in the June 12 Republican primary and defeated Keith Welch (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[10][11]
