Landau victorious in Oregon Supreme Court race

Oregon: Appellate Judge Jack Landau was elected to a vacancy on the Oregon Supreme Court. He defeated Allan J. Arlow, an administrative law judge, receiving 72% of the vote. He will replace Judge Michael Gillette, who is retiring at the end of 2010.[1]
