Larcenia Bullard (b. July 21, 1947) is a former Democratic member of the Florida State Senate, representing 39 from 2002 to 2012. She served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1992 to 2000.

Biography

Bullard earned her A.A. from Temple University in 1968, her B.A. from Antioch University in 1971 and her M.S. from Nova University in 1991. Her professional experience includes working as a teacher, administrator, educational consultant and community activist.
