Biography
Taylor received a bachelor's degree in biology from Alverno College in 1998, an M.A. in the administration of justice from Marquette University in 2005, an M.A. in education from Rockford University in 2007 and a Ph.D. in education from Cardinal Stritch University in 2011.[1] She is a special education teacher in the Milwaukee Public School District.[2]
