Larry Baker
Larry Baker (b. January 1, 1940) is a former Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He represented the 8th District from 2000 to 2012.
Baker is a farmer and rancher. He earned his B.S. from New York State University and previously served in the United States Military.
Baker is a member of Gideon International, Mississippi Cattlemen's Association, Mississippi Soil Conservation, National Reserve Officers Association, Tate County Economic Foundation, Tate County Soil and Water Conservation District Association, and the Tate/Desoto Forestry Association. He is married and has 3 children.[1]

2007
On November 6, 2007, Baker was re-elected in District 8. He defeated Daryl Ricks in the primary election by a margin of 1,210-774.[2] He ran unopposed in the general election.[3]
