Larry Chandler was the Division 5 judge of the Thirteenth Circuit of Arkansas. He began serving in 1995. He retired end of the term in 2014 due to reaching the judicial age limit.[1][2][3] Chandler passed away on July 12, 2016.[4]
Education
Chandler earned his undergraduate degree from Hendrix College and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[5]
