Larry Cretul
Larry Cretul is a former Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 22 from 2002 to 2010. He served as speaker of the House in 2010. He was on the Marion County Commission from 1994 to 1998.
Biography
Cretul's professional experience includes working as a real estate building contractor. He served in the United States Navy from 1967 to 1971.
He is involved with the Board of the Public Policy Institute at Central Florida Community College and the board of the Children's Alliance, is the commission liaison for the Economic Development Council, the board liaison of the Emergency Medical Strike Team, and the deacon of the First Baptist Church of Ocala.[1]
Issues
Cretul did not provide answers to the Florida State Legislative Election 2008 Political Courage Test. The test informs voters how a candidate would vote on the issues if elected.[2]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Cretul won re-election to the Florida House of Representatives from Florida's 22nd District. Cretul ran unopposed in the election. He raised $123,729 for his campaign.[3]
