Larry Harman is a former circuit court judge for the 7th Circuit Court in Missouri. He served from 1992 to 2018. Harman was appointed in 1992 and retained in 1994, 2000, 2006, and 2012.[1] He retired on December 16, 2018.[2]

Education

Harman earned a B.A. from William Jewell College, going on to receive his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.[1]

Career

  • 1992-2018: Judge, 7th Circuit Court
  • 1978-1980; 1987-1992: Attorney in private practice

Harman has additional experience as a city attorney for the cities of Smithville and Lathrop. He also served as the prosecuting attorney for Clay County.[1]
