Larry Harman is a former circuit court judge for the 7th Circuit Court in Missouri. He served from 1992 to 2018. Harman was appointed in 1992 and retained in 1994, 2000, 2006, and 2012. He retired on December 16, 2018.

Education

Harman earned a B.A. from William Jewell College, going on to receive his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Career

• 1978-1980; 1987-1992: Attorney in private practice

Harman has additional experience as a city attorney for the cities of Smithville and Lathrop. He also served as the prosecuting attorney for Clay County.
