Larry "Jake" Kincaid is an Attorney/Educator in San Diego, California. He ran for election to Office 34 on the Superior Court of San Diego County in 2010.[1]
2010 election
Kincaid ran for the San Diego Superior Court in 2010. He lost to incumbent Joel R. Wohlfeil.[2][3][4][5]
Kincaid, along with three other candidates in the June 8, 2010 judicial election, ran on an explicitly Christian platform.[6]
Endorsements
Kincaid is endorsed for the court by Better Courts Now, a judicial accountability organization.[7]
Bar association survey
The San Diego County Bar Association performed a survey of 2010 judicial candidates. It found Kincaid to be "lacking qualifications," the lowest rating possible. He claims the survey is biased.[3]
