Larry LeBlanc was a member of the Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District in Texas, representing Place 2. LeBlanc assumed office on May 15, 2020. LeBlanc left office on March 25, 2021.
LeBlanc won election to the Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District to represent Place 2 in Texas outright after the general election on May 2, 2020, was canceled.
