Larry Leake

Larry Leake is a judge on the 24th Judicial District in North Carolina. He was appointed by Governor Roy Cooper (D) on February 17, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge F. Warren Hughes.[1]
Biography
Leake received his bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Leake has worked as an attorney for over four decades. He also served as the chairman of the North Carolina State Board of Elections.[2]
