Larry Paul Hibbard
Larry Paul Hibbard is a former member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 13 from 2013 to 2019. He resigned before the end of his term on July 13, 2019, citing health reasons.[1]
Biography
Larry Paul Hibbard was born and lives in Toronto, Kansas. He attended Allen County Community College and Kansas State University. Hibbard served as a member of the Kansas National Guard and a school bus driver. He is a member of the Elk County Shrine Club, the Green County Shrine Club, the Kansas Farm Bureau, the National Rifle Association, and the Toronto American Legion. Hibbard was elected to the Kansas State House of Representatives in 2012. [2]
