Larry Wainstein (Democratic Party) is a member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing District 33. He assumed office on January 13, 2026. His current term ends on January 11, 2028.

Biography
Larry Wainstein earned a high school diploma from Memorial High School and a bachelor's degree from Saint Peter's University. His career experience includes working as a small business owner and community advocate. He has been affiliated with the Union City Urban Enterprise Zone program.[1]
