Larry Womble
Larry Womble (June 6, 1941 - May 14, 2020) was a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representating District 71 from 1995 to 2013. Womble also served on the Winston-Salem board of aldermen from 1981 to 1993. He died on May 14, 2020.[1]
Biography
Womble earned his Bachelor of Science from Winston-Salem State University in 1963. He received his Master of Science degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 1997, and his EdS from Appalachian State University in 1979. He was a retired teacher, principal and university director and department chair.
