Biography
Laura Gillen earned a bachelor's degree in political science and government from Georgetown University and a law degree from New York University School of Law. Her career experience includes working as an attorney. Gillen was elected as the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the Town of Hempstead, serving from 2018 to 2020.[1]
