Laura M. Pollastrini was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 42 of the Illinois House of Representatives.

Pollastrini earned her B.A. in political science/English/Theology from Loyola Chicago in 1989. She went on to receive her J.D. from DePaul University in 2005. She has worked as public information manager for the DuPage County State Attorney, Joe Birkett. She is an attorney.
