As a Chef/Owner of Mackinaws Restaurant I have experienced government overreach first hand, giving me the impetuous to file for the Gubernatorial race in 2021 as a Republican.

Which is why; I am cooking up a new batch of politics!

I am ready to fully commit myself in a battle for change! I have the GRIT! the tenacity and the strength to make changes in our political systems for The People!
  • Strengthen the role of “We The People” by protecting personal/constitutional rights.
  • Strengthen and promote small business through mitigating excessive tax structures, regulations, and bureaucratic overreach.
  • Put Education back in Education. Taking administrative foolery out of education, lowering the per student $ that fuels that waste and destructive element of “public” education…empowering the community and parents back in the educational process and curriculum.
Take action to attack the root of our derelict, drug addict problems and take our streets back. This requires an all encompassing facility with resources to address drug, mental health and lack of skills necessary to become a contributing member of society.

Refunding and untying the hands of law enforcement. Highlighting the positive and community asset the police force can be through resources, education and community “grassroots” involvement.

Reducing taxation, inflation by reinvigorating the economy in all communities in this State.
My Uncle David … gave me the strength to know I can face any adversity and hardship.

My Dad for his risk-taking entrepreneurial spirit.

My Mom for her pure goodness.
The Constitution of The United States

The Dying Citizen by Victor Davis Hanson
Try Common Sense by Philip Howard
The Real Anthony Fauci by Robert F Kennedy

Common Sense by Thomas Paine
Not being controlled by money, special interests and insecurities, instead having courage and grit to lead by and for the people.
Leadership, understanding social and economic concerns throughout the entire state. Being a spokesman for the people and “assisting/educating” the legislature in their often myopic self-interested view for the greater good of the State.
Fought to bring Washington State politics and policies back to The People, by dismantling the present Administrative/Bureaucratic Government.
My Uncle David was shot down in Vietnam and POW for 7 years. I was 5, this opened up a much larger world for me and never was able to return to a small bubble of life.
Basically all the classics… rich histories
Kitchen House by Kathleen Grissom… powerful
Aaron Lewis “Am I the Only One”
Coming to terms with being raised with money, white collar and the guilt associated when living within the “disadvantaged”. Learning that money is not a necessary term of success instead life, learning and experience far outweighs.

Having WSLCB take away my liquor license for my Bar and Restaurant, because I stood for what I believe and didn’t follow the Governors “covid” mandates. I have lost financially completely, but still have my integrity intact!
Working in a leadership capacity in such a way that actually leads and helps the legislature to form and pass bills that represent all citizens of this State. This requires an attitude of bipartisan and common sense that is for the people, not the special interests, and legislators themselves… help take politics($) out of politics!
That is a difficult question in that abuse lies within the establishment here in Washington both with the Governor and Legislature…so only as much can be countered with checks and balances. This will take having a true Governor that will help create self and legislative accountability giving the citizens a true role in the process.
No, it has the potential of abuse of power between the executive and legislative branch, in favor of the former.
Leadership, accountability and working together. The Governor should do everything in his/her power to strengthen the workings between the executive and legislative branch… this requires mitigating the power that the bureaucrats and administrators have! ( As far as I know “they” are NOT a branch of the government!)
The water… the Sound, the coastline, lakes , rivers. (Not the rain:)
Dismantling the Uni Administrative government (including its dependence on overtaxation and regulation) that does not represent The People!

Tax reform

ReInvigoration of small business
Joe Biden ( sorry guess that was poor taste) but not feeling incredibly politically correct at the moment with the state of Our Country.
Since Washington State citizens have seen first hand complete abuse of emergency powers… this is a difficult question that I have trouble not being cynical… Only during a time of true danger facing its citizens. Because of the abuse and leadership of our present Governor… by the time I’m on office I believe our breakdown will require emergency efforts to repair the damage.
