Laurie Bratten
Laurie Bratten (Republican Party) is a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing District 51. She assumed office on January 6, 2025. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.
Bratten (Republican Party) ran for election to the Wyoming House of Representatives to represent District 51. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Bratten worked in Colorado politics from 2008 to 2016. Before working in politics, Bratten was a high school science teacher and a pharmaceutical salesperson. In addition to her work in legislative offices, she was "active with various Republican and Liberty Groups throughout the state, speaking and presenting on topics such as the legislative process, effective advocacy at the state capitol, the use of social media in politics, and legislative analysis."[1]
From 2010 to 2014, Bratten worked as a legislative aide in the Colorado State Legislature, first working for former state Sen. Ted Harvey (R) and then with state Sen. Kent Lambert (R).[2] Bratten formerly worked as the director of communications for the Republican Study Committee of Colorado (RSCC) while on Harvey's staff.[3]
