Biography
Lawrence Boschulte was born and raised in the United States Virgin Islands on the island of St. Thomas. Boschulte earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and entrepreneurial studies from Xavier University. His career experience includes working as a small business owner and eight years of public service working for the Government of the Virgin Islands. Boschulte is a former member of the U.S. Virgin Islands Board of Elections and served as chairman for six of the 16 years he served on the board.[1]
