Lawrence Kreis is a judge on the Third Circuit in Harford County, Maryland. He was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan (R) on September 22, 2017.[1]
Biography
Kreis received a bachelor's degree from Towson University and a J.D. from the University of Maryland. At the time of his judicial appointment, he was a deputy counsel in the Contract Litigation Unit at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. He previously worked as an attorney at the law firm of Stark and Keenan P.A. and as a law clerk for former Judge Stephen M. Waldron.[1]
