Lawrence S. Margolis is a federal judge serving on senior status for the United States Court of Federal Claims. He joined the court in 1982 after being nominated by President Ronald Reagan. On December 15, 1997 he retired and assumed senior status. He is inactive.[1]

Early life and education

Margolis earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University in 1957. He went on to the George Washington University Law School to earn his J.D. four years later.[1]
