The New Hampshire General Court may place measures on the ballot as legislatively referred constitutional amendments. A 60% vote in each chamber during one legislative session is required to refer a constitutional amendment to the ballot.
The New Hampshire Constitution requires a constitutional convention question appear on the ballot every 10 years.
