Nebraska: Attorney Russell Harford has been appointed to fill a seat on the Nebraska County Courts, District 12. He was appointed by Republican Governor Dave Heineman in July of 2009.

"Mr. Harford has had a long career in public service with a strong emphasis on law enforcement. His extensive experience in the public and private sector makes him an excellent candidate for the county court bench," said Governor Heineman.[1]
